The structure of the “Changes to Legal Entities” register has been expanded: a change identifier (id), a numeric code for the type of change (changetype), an indicator of a real change in the name (full name) of the head, CEO, founder (ishumanchanges).
A new block has been added to the “Sanctions” register (psanctions). An alternative to the sanctions and sanction_lost blocks.
The “Occupants” register has been expanded with additional information: photo (foto), “good Russian” indicator (is_good), prisoner indicator (is_polon), identification indicator (is_identified), indictment indicator (is_accused), link to the source (link), address (address)
The block “Connection with a legal entity of the United Kingdom” has been added to the “Relationship with a legal entity” register. Requires separate access. Uses 20 bits.
In the “Wanted Persons” register, the actual parameter has been added. It indicates whether the data record is current or has already been removed.
In the “Politically Exposed Persons” register, the type parameter has been added - the type of person (0 - individual, 1 - legal entity)

The “Wanted Persons” register has been added, which contains data on persons who are wanted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Service of Ukraine.
The Corruption Offenses register has been added.
The sanction_lost block has been added, which contains sanctions that were removed from the sanctions lists. Only active sanctions remain in the sanction block. To obtain data on removed sanctions, no additional access and separate listdata bits are required. It is enough to have access to the “Sanctions” register.
The level parameter has been added to the Connection with a Legal Entity block.
The “Sanctions” register has been expanded with sanction lists of the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Switzerland, Belgium, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Latvia, UAE, South Africa, Bulgaria, Argentina, Qatar, India, Netherlands, Azerbaijan.
Bit 7 of the listdata input parameter now reports the list of other foreign lists (currently France, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Switzerland, Belgium, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Latvia, UAE, South Africa, Bulgaria, Argentina, Qatar, India, Netherlands, Azerbaijan).
The indicators and indicators_str parameters have been added to all blocks of the “Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs” register. They will contain all indicators, which are currently represented by a separate field (see table 5).
The date_last_changed parameter has been added to the edrfullinfo block of the “Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs” register – the date of the last change of information on a legal entity or individual entrepreneur.
The Country blocks in the registers have been expanded with additional parameters (sectoral, dangerous, eresident).
The edrfullinfo block has been expanded with information on beneficiaries, ownership structure, manager, main KVED, the participants (founders) block has been expanded, and indicators have been integrated.
The “Court Cases” register has been detailed with the datails and persons parameters by the documents and personsList blocks, respectively.
The date of birth of persons has been added to the “Politically Exposed Persons” register in the relatedPeps and relatedPersons blocks.

The “Tax Non-Residents” register (nerezedent) has been added.
On 19.11.2022, amendments to the Law of Ukraine 361-IX (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/2736-20#Text) entered into force. The lifelong status of a national public figure has been abolished. Now, persons who do not perform prominent public functions in Ukraine for more than 3 years have lost the status of a national public figure. In this regard, the following parameters have been added to the register “Politically Exposed Persons”:
active - indicator of the activity of the status of the person
dateendpep - date of termination of the status of the person “Public”
pependcomment - comment on the termination of the status of the person “Public”

The ability to search using an algorithm with error correction has been added. For this, the input parameter search must be equal to 2 (by default, the search is performed using the full-text search algorithm search=1).
In most registers, the output parameter percent and level have been added.
percent indicates the percentage of match by name (full name) according to the selected search algorithm, or a complete match by EDRPOU code (in this case percent=100).
level indicates the level of match between the input and output data. It can take the values “High” or “Low”. A high level of match for a legal entity is a match by EDRPOU, for an individual - a complete match of the name (full name) or alternative name (full name) and date of birth (in registers where such a date is present). Sun and the remaining matches are considered low-level matches.
In the registers “Politically Exposed Persons”, “Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs” (edrinfo and edrfullinfo), in addition to the parameters where the country is specified (except for UKRAINE), parameters with data blocks on the riskiness of this country (country, country_of_origin_risk, country_of_register_risk) have been added.
In the register “Politically Exposed Persons” in the block RelatedPep, the parameter descriptiontyperpep has been added, which indicates the digital value of the publicity category of the related public person.
In the register “Court cases”, the parameter edrpou has been added - EDRPOU of the legal entity of the participant in the court case where this can be established.
In the register “Tax debtors” the parameter id has been added - a unique identifier of the debtor in the register.
The following parameters have been added to the “Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs” (edrinfo) register:
isbranch – indicates that this record concerns a separate subdivision
n_mfounder – number of organizations where this enterprise is a beneficiary
mfounder_edrpou – list of EDRPOU of organizations where this enterprise is a beneficiary
The following parameters have been added to the founder block:
name_adr_mb – full name of beneficiaries who are related to this beneficiary at a common address
country_of_register – country of registration of the beneficiary/owner.

A number of parameters have been added to the register “Register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs” (edrinfo):
isbilorussian - a citizen of Belarus is present among the owners (including beneficiaries). This parameter can take the value true or be absent altogether if such persons are not identified.
isrussian - a citizen of Russia is present among the owners (including beneficiaries). This parameter can take the value true or be absent altogether if such persons are not detected.
The following parameters have been added to the founders block:
country_of_origin - the country of citizenship of the beneficiary
address_f - the address of the beneficiary
A number of parameters have been added to the “Relationship with a legal entity” (edr) register:

A new search register “Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs” (edrfullinfo) has been added, which also allows searching by separate divisions of a legal entity.
The logic of calculating the level parameter for the register “Politically Exposed Persons”, “Sanctions” has been described. Input parameters
JSON schema of request (https://check.finap.com.ua/apiinfo/schema/v1/RequestSchema.json) and response (https://check.finap.com.ua/apiinfo/schema/v1/ResponseSchema.json) of CheckLists service has been created.
A number of parameters have been added to the register “Politically important persons” (pep) in the relatedPeps and relatedPersons blocks:
idpep (in the relatedPeps block) and relateid (in the relatedPersons block) – unique identifier of the person in the register;
relateorg - list of EDRPOU organizations (through which the connection is built by KBV in the case of indirect connection with an individual).
To the register “State registers - information about legal entities” (edrinfo)
m_pep_ids - List of identifiers of records in the register “Politically significant persons” relating to matches by to the head
m_san_ids - List of identifiers of records in the “Sanctions” register, related to matches by the head
address_mreg – probable address of mass registration (number of registered companies at this address)
a number of parameters were added to the founders block:
n_fop - is (was) this person an individual entrepreneur;
is_actual_pep - confirmation from the register of “Politically Exposed Persons” that this person is public;
n_mb - multi-beneficiary - number of legal entities in which this person is still a beneficiary (exclusively with this one);
rel_edrpou - list of EDRPOU in which this person is still a beneficiary (exclusively with this one);
address_mb - multi-beneficiary address – number of beneficiaries registered at the address of this beneficiary, if there is more than one;
edrpou_adr_mb - List of EDRPOUs, in which other persons registered at this address are beneficiaries.
n_pep_ids - List of identifiers of records in the register “Politically Exposed Persons” related to matches by KBV/founder/participant
n_san_ids - List of identifiers of records in the register “Sanctions” related to matches by KBV/founder/participant

Added a new search register “Executive Proceedings”
Input parameters doctype - Document type. It can take the values 1 (PASSPORT OF A CITIZEN OF UKRAINE including ID cards) and 2 (PASSPORT OF A CITIZEN OF UKRAINE FOR TRAVELING ABROAD) If you specify this parameter, the search will be performed only among documents of this type, otherwise the search will be performed regardless of the type of document.
Output parameters level - the level of coincidence in the registers “Politically significant persons” and “Sanctions”. It can take the values “High” and “Low”.
In the response block for search registers, a test message with the error “9004. No connection to the service database” has been added
