  • The structure of the “Changes in Legal Entity Data” register has been expanded: a change identifier (id), a numeric change type code (changetype), and an indicator of an actual change of the director’s, beneficial owner’s, or founder’s name (ishumanchanges) have been added.
  • A new block has been added for the “Sanctions” register (psanctions). It is an alternative to the sanctions and sanction_lost blocks.
  • The “Occupiers” register has been expanded with additional information: photo (foto), “good Russian” indicator (is_good), prisoner indicator (is_polon), identification indicator (is_identified), prosecution indicator (is_accused), source link (link), and address (address).
  • In the “Link to Legal Entity” register, a block for linkage to a United Kingdom legal entity has been added. It requires separate access authorization and uses 20 bits.
  • In the “Wanted Persons” register, the actual parameter has been added. It indicates whether the record is current or already removed.
  • In the “Politically Exposed Persons” register, the type parameter has been added – person type (0 – individual, 1 – legal entity).

  • The “Wanted Persons” register has been added, containing data on persons declared wanted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Service of Ukraine.
  • The “Corruption Offenses” register has been added.
  • The sanction_lost block has been added, containing sanctions that were removed from sanction lists. The sanction block now contains only active sanctions. To obtain data on removed sanctions, no additional access or separate listdata bits are required; access to the “Sanctions” register is sufficient.
  • The level parameter has been added to the “Link to Legal Entity” block.
  • The “Sanctions” register has been expanded with sanction lists of the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Switzerland, Belgium, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Latvia, UAE, South Africa, Bulgaria, Argentina, Qatar, India, the Netherlands, and Azerbaijan.
  • Bit 7 of the input parameter listdata now corresponds to other foreign sanction lists (currently: France, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Switzerland, Belgium, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Latvia, UAE, South Africa, Bulgaria, Argentina, Qatar, India, the Netherlands, Azerbaijan).
  • In all blocks of the “Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs”, the indicators and indicators_str parameters have been added. They contain all indicators currently represented as separate fields, either as a number (indicators) or as a bitmask (indicators_str) (see Table 5).
  • In the edrfullinfo block of the “Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs”, the date_last_changed parameter has been added – the date of the most recent change of information about a legal entity or individual entrepreneur.
  • The Country blocks in the registers have been expanded with additional parameters (sectoral, dangerous, eresident).
  • The edrfullinfo block has been expanded with information on beneficial owners, ownership structure, director, primary NACE code, the founders block has been extended, and indicators have been integrated.
  • In the “Court Cases” register, the details and persons parameters have been detailed with the documents and personsList blocks respectively.
  • In the “Politically Exposed Persons” register, the date of birth has been added to the relatedPeps and relatedPersons blocks.

  • A new “Notaries” register has been added.
  • A new “Bankruptcies” register has been added.
  • The “Sanctions” register has been expanded with sanction lists of France.
  • The “Debtors” register includes searches for tax debt (taxdebt) and debt from the Unified Debtors Register (debtor).

  • The “Tax Non-Residents” register (nerezedent) has been added.
  • On 19.11.2022, amendments to the Law of Ukraine No. 361-IX came into force (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/2736-20#Text). The lifetime status of a national public figure was abolished. Persons who have not performed prominent public functions in Ukraine for more than 3 years have lost national public figure status. In this regard, the following parameters have been added to the “Politically Exposed Persons” register:
    • active – status activity indicator
    • dateendpep – date when public status ended
    • pependcomment – comment on termination of public status
    • In the relatedPersons block:
      • active – status activity indicator
      • archivelink – archive linkage indicator
    • In the relatedPeps block:
      • active – status activity indicator
      • archivelink – archive linkage indicator
  • In the “Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs” (edrinfo), the following parameters have been added:
    • isnoprifit – non-profit indicator
    • isriskbonds – risk indicator related to securities issuance

  • The ability to perform searches using an error-correction algorithm has been added. For this, the input parameter search must be set to 2 (by default, full-text search is used with search=1).
  • In most registers, the output parameters percent and level have been added:
    • percent indicates the percentage of name (full name) match according to the selected search algorithm, or a full match by EDRPOU code (in this case percent=100).
    • level indicates the match level between input and output data and may be “High” or “Low”. A high match level for a legal entity means a match by EDRPOU; for an individual, it means a full match of name (full name) or alternative name and date of birth (in registers where such date is present). All other matches are considered low-level matches.
  • In the “Politically Exposed Persons” and “Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs” (edrinfo and edrfullinfo) registers, additional parameters with country risk data blocks have been added for all countries except Ukraine (country, country_of_origin_risk, country_of_register_risk).
  • In the “Politically Exposed Persons” register, the descriptiontyperpep parameter has been added to the RelatedPep block, indicating the numeric category of public status of the related public person.
  • In the “Court Cases” register, the edrpou parameter has been added – the EDRPOU code of a legal entity that is a party to a court case where it can be determined.
  • In the “Tax Debtors” register, the id parameter has been added – a unique debtor identifier in the register.
  • In the “Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs” (edrinfo), the following parameters have been added:
    • isbranch – indicates that the record relates to a separate subdivision
    • n_mfounder – number of organizations where this entity is a beneficiary
    • mfounder_edrpou – list of EDRPOU codes of organizations where this entity is a beneficiary
    • In the founder block, the following parameters have been added:
      • name_adr_mb – full names of beneficiaries linked by a common address
      • country_of_register – country of registration of the beneficiary/owner

    • yearb – year of birth if the date of birth is not available

      • pdf – link to a PDF file confirming the information

    • In the relatedPersons block:
      • relateaka – list of alternative names
      • relatelink – numeric relationship code according to the NBU directory K019
    • In the relatedPeps block:
      • akarpep – list of alternative names
      • linkrpep – numeric relationship code according to the NBU directory K019

  • The following parameters have been added to the “Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs” (edrinfo):
    • isbilorussian – indicates the presence of a Belarusian citizen among owners (including beneficiaries). May be true or absent if not detected.
    • isrussian – indicates the presence of a Russian citizen among owners (including beneficiaries). May be true or absent if not detected.
    • In the founders block:
      • country_of_origin – beneficiary’s citizenship country
      • address_f – beneficiary’s address
  • The following parameters have been added to the “Link to Legal Entity” (edr) register:
    • isbilorussian – Belarusian citizen among owners/beneficiaries
    • isrussian – Russian citizen among owners/beneficiaries
    • ispep – match with the “Politically Exposed Persons” register among owners, beneficiaries, and directors
    • isactualpep – confirmed match with the “Politically Exposed Persons” register
    • issan – match with the “Sanctions” register among owners, beneficiaries, and directors

  • A new search register “Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs” (edrfullinfo) has been added, enabling searches by separate subdivisions of a legal entity.
  • The logic for calculating the level parameter has been described for the “Politically Exposed Persons” and “Sanctions” registers.
  • JSON schemas for request (https://check.finap.com.ua/apiinfo/schema/v1/RequestSchema.json) and response (https://check.finap.com.ua/apiinfo/schema/v1/ResponseSchema.json) have been created for the CheckLists service.
  • The following parameters have been added to the relatedPeps and relatedPersons blocks of the “Politically Exposed Persons” (pep) register:
    • idpep (in relatedPeps) and relateid (in relatedPersons) – unique person identifier in the register;
    • relateorg – list of EDRPOU codes of organizations through which beneficial ownership linkage is established when there is no direct link to an individual.
  • The following parameters have been added to the “State Registers — Legal Entity Information” (edrinfo):
    • m_pep_ids – list of record identifiers from the “Politically Exposed Persons” register related to matches by director
    • m_san_ids – list of record identifiers from the “Sanctions” register related to matches by director
    • address_mreg – probable mass registration address (number of companies registered at this address)
    • In the founders block:
      • n_fop – whether the person is (or was) an individual entrepreneur
      • is_actual_pep – confirmation that the person is public according to the “Politically Exposed Persons” register
      • n_mb – multi-beneficiary indicator (number of legal entities where this person is also a beneficiary, excluding this one)
      • rel_edrpou – list of EDRPOU codes where this person is also a beneficiary (excluding this one)
      • address_mb – multi-beneficiary address (number of beneficiaries registered at this address, if more than one)
      • edrpou_adr_mb – list of EDRPOU codes where other beneficiaries are registered at the same address
      • n_pep_ids – list of identifiers from the “Politically Exposed Persons” register related to matches by beneficiary/founder/participant
      • n_san_ids – list of identifiers from the “Sanctions” register related to matches by beneficiary/founder/participant

  • A new search register “Enforcement Proceedings” (executive) has been added.
  • Input parameter doctype – document type: 1 (Passport of a Citizen of Ukraine, including ID card), 2 (Passport of a Citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad). If specified, the search will be performed only among documents of this type; otherwise, the search is performed regardless of document type.
  • Output parameter level – match level in the “Politically Exposed Persons” and “Sanctions” registers. Possible values: “High” and “Low”.
  • A test error message “9004.No connection to the service database” has been added to the response block for search registers.

  • The input parameter address has been replaced with city. This parameter is used for searching EDR legal entity and individual entrepreneur information (especially for entrepreneurs) and in the tax debtors register (especially for individuals or entrepreneurs).
  • In the response block for the “Politically Exposed Persons” search register, two output parameters typePEP and descriptiontypePEP have been added, and the categoryPEP parameter can now contain a list (separated by “;”) of PEP categories according to the NBU directory K019.
  • In the response block for the “Sanctions” search register, a sanctionSource structure has been added for NSDC registers, describing the source from which it was introduced (Presidential decree).
  • In the response block for the “Tax Debtors” search register, the output parameter dsumesv – unified social contribution debt – has been added.
  • In the response block for the “Licenses” search register, the gambling block has been added, related to gambling business licenses.
